A clearer picture before we begin.

What we do, how we work, and what to expect from a managed partnership.

What does Thology actually do?

We combine process redesign, custom software, AI agents, and system integration in one managed engagement. We help you identify a valuable operational problem, build the working solution, support adoption, and maintain the agreed system.

Who is the right fit?

Established small and midsized businesses with recurring operational work, several systems to coordinate, and a leader willing to sponsor change. There should be a measurable problem worth solving and enough recurring value to support an ongoing service.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

We start by understanding and connecting the systems you already use. Replacement is considered only when the assessment identifies a clear reason, such as a persistent functional limit or an integration that would be too costly or unreliable.

Where do you start?

With a conversation about a specific workflow. Discovery then looks at real cases, current performance, systems, people, and constraints. We agree the first scope, responsibilities, success measures, and commercial terms before delivery begins.

How does the engagement work?

The intended model is an annual managed engagement with a defined activation scope and ongoing technical care. Applications, agents, integrations, usage allowances, and support are specified in your proposal. Pricing and payment terms are agreed for your business.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the workflows, systems, complexity, and support required. We establish a defined scope and commercial proposal before you commit. We do not publish a universal price because the work and operating requirements differ between businesses.

Can AI take actions without someone reviewing them?

Only where that behavior has been explicitly designed and agreed. Agent permissions, approval requirements, and escalation paths are defined for each workflow. Consequential decisions and uncertain cases can remain subject to human review.

What is included after launch?

Monitoring, maintenance, and repairs for the agreed system are included in the annual contract. Reviews identify further opportunities. Additional capabilities are either delivered within the agreed scope or separately quoted.

Who owns the software and the data?

The proposed service model retains software and reusable intellectual property with Thology. Your business data remains yours. The contract defines access, permitted use, export arrangements, third-party dependencies, and what happens at the end of an engagement.

How quickly can we see working software?

We aim to put a useful first release in front of your team early. The actual schedule depends on scope, data readiness, access to existing systems, and team availability. Milestones are agreed after discovery rather than promised before the work is understood.

How do you measure success?

We agree a baseline and a small set of business measures before delivery. Depending on the workflow, that may include response time, handling time, error rates, overdue work, conversion, or capacity. Usage and quality are reviewed alongside speed.

Do we need an internal engineering team?

No. We handle the technical implementation and ongoing care within the agreed scope. We do need an engaged business sponsor, access to the right systems and information, and staff who can help validate how the new workflow performs.
